Dear Sue and Trudy,
Darren and I wanted to write to you to thank you for all your efforts, support and guidance through out our planning process but also to say how happy we both were on our wedding day for the amazing catering. Everything was perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything more.
The food was absolutely amazing, everyone commented on the quality, amount and generally how excellent everything was and commented that it was the best food at a wedding they had experienced. We have to say both myself and Darren also agree, the whole menu worked so well and especially the desserts - the worst thing was I couldn't even eat the chocolate fudge cake or even the chocolates after as I was so so full.... We didn't even try the hog roast until 4am, when finally me and Darren sat down in the marquee to take everything in - it was lovely then let alone what it tasted like at 9pm..ha ha!!!
At every point of the process whether I asked for advice, confirmation or extra services, you dealt with everything so professionally, and also nothing was ever to much trouble or too insignificant - and believe me to deal with that, was a hard task, as I know I am hard work and like to no everything and be organised before hand.
Without you both, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same, it truly was perfect.

My husband and I would like to thank you very much for the delicious buffet you provided for our Golden Wedding Anniversary on Saturday 6th September. We couldn't believe the selection of foods when we walked into our son's annexe ... the tables just seemed to groan with all the assorted plates and everything was set out so attractively. Our guests enjoyed the selection of food too and we recieved many complimentary comments ... which really belonged to you.
